Hi Ed,

I finally have gotten a moment and just wanted to say THANK YOU for working with us the last couple years as we were looking for our "getaway" place up north. You always made yourself available when we had a last-minute chance to get up there, or when the inspectors needed to get in, gave us some additional insights when looking at the different properties, and you went out of your way to take additional photos or answer our numerous questions promptly and courteously. All those things were very much appreciated.

After the closing Saturday morning, we went back to the cabin and washed the floors and cabinets, then moved the things we had brought with us in and put them away. Our daughter and her husband came up and helped out, then we went into Rhinelander and purchased 2 mattress sets, got them back and set them up. Rich had a chance to take the boat out with them and look the lake over. By evening we were all pretty hungry so we went into Lake Tomahawk and arrived in time to get something to eat and catch the last part of the snowshoe baseball game (We definitely have to make watching a whole game sometime a priority! Such fun!). Then of course we stayed for the fireworks and I just wanted to tell you we all thought they were awesome. So much better than the ones here in our town! We've never been that close to any before and all the people around really made us feel like we were back in the "good old days". It was truly a special way to end our first day as a "homeowner" up in that area and made us feel like the place and area we chose was "meant to be".

Thanks also for your patience with Rich and I. We may take a long time and research things to death when we make a big purchase, but we always end up happy with our decision, and after being there just this past weekend, we know we made the right one. We love the cabin and the area, and can't wait to be up there again. Slowly but surely we will get it together inside and make it "homey". We're hoping you'll stop by sometime and see us when we're up there. And know we won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for something in that area. Now, we have one more question...Since you live there and you're a volunteer fireman, we know you'll know this. What are the emergency numbers you call for fire, police, etc? We're not sure if they have 911 there or not. Thanks again Ed, and take care!

I have said this so many times to you and I am sure it is getting old but thanks soooooo much for being an honest, hard working and trusting guy.
