4 Star News is a periodical publication produced by Edmund R. Choinski (CHOW) for anyone interested in the Northwoods style of living. The purpose of 4 Star News is to share the interests, as well as the enthusiasm, of the many people who come to the area each year. Of course, by publishing local events and featuring photos of recent activities I hope to draw new clients to my website.
For many years my mother has asked me to write a book about my encounters while enjoying the experience of living up north. With this in mind, I will tell all of these stories over time to make you laugh or cry. Some of the stories will come from different people, but all of them I assure you will be TRUE. Some of the stories will be hard to believe, and after time, you might think all these events could not have happened to one person, but they have. All the articles will be stored in the archives for anyone to retrieve along with every photo that was posted.
